With over 20 years business experience, Paul has held senior financial positions with companies in both the public and private sectors, and brings a tremendous amount of practical knowledge to the Binbrook team. Paul was a member of the senior management team at Better Beef. He has considerable experience in acquisition and divestiture analysis, and business systems implementation. In addition to his C.A. designation, Paul has an M.B.A. from McMaster University.

Founder and former President of Better Beef Limited, Guelph, Ontario. Benny has over 50 years experience in sourcing, manufacturing, sales and distribution. Benny is well known for his expertise in managing people in a hands on environment. He was responsible for the start up of Better Beef in 1972, which, by 2005 had grown to approximately $1 billion in sales, with over 2000 employees across six plants in North America. Better Beef was sold in 2005 to an international food company.
A part owner of Better Beef Limited, Lorne was Chief Financial Officer for over 20 years and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to the sale of Better Beef in 2005. Lorne played an integral part in the success and growth of the Better Beef group of companies. His background prior to Better Beef included M&A experience. Lorne has a C.A. designation as well as a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Western Ontario.
A veteran of the food business and the youngest member of the Binbrook team, Rick brings enthusiasm tempered with 12 years of hands-on management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, sales and marketing. Most recently Assistant VP of Canadian beef pricing for Cargill Beef Canada, Rick also served for three years as Sales Manager at Better Beef Limited responsible for over $750MM in annual sales. Rick has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph.
