Our ideal loan is made to a business or individual who use the money to enhance and improve their own business in order to make their business more profitable. Examples of these kinds of loans include financing for expansion, diversification, shareholder or partner buyouts and turnarounds.
We put a great deal of emphasis on management capability. With a background in operations the team at Binbrook has a unique insight and perspective in assessing management capability – we have been on the other side of the lending equation and we know and understand what it takes to run a successful business.
Our rates normally range between 8% and 12 %. We prefer to be fully secured either with assets of the enterprise or personal assets of the owners. Personal guarantees are normally required and we like to see our borrowers be “all-in” with their own personal money invested in their business.
Deal size ranges between $250,000 and $3,000,000. We will do smaller or larger deals if the circumstances warrant.
Binbrook is proud to offer a full suite of bookkeeping services including basic financial record keeping, set-up and training for your current bookkeeper and payroll services. The staff at Binbrook is proficient in the use of Quickbooks and Simply Accounting software. This service is meant to compliment your existing relationship with your professional accountant. We offer these services at rates ranging from $25 to $60 per hour.
